Day 186: Fairies, Toadstools and The Smurfs

I mounted my camera to my tripod and headed out the front door in hopes of finding something interesting to shoot for today’s blog post. I was not disappointed when I noticed a few mushrooms growing in the yard (yes, my yard does need to be mowed, but that’s not the topic today).

I am not a mushroom expert- I mean I don’t know the difference between a deadly mushroom and a mushroom that I add on my salad, but I can guarantee that if it’s growing in my yard, I am not going to eat it.

Overtime I see a mushroom, I can’t help but to think of fairies and secret, magical worlds where anything is possible. Perhaps if I look close enough next time, I will get lucky and find Papa Smurf!
