These sunflowers are the same, yet one has a dark colored seed head making it different than the rest. But, they are all equally beautiful. Just like people, we are all similar in many ways yet we look different, act different, have different beliefs and different life stories. Those are the things that make us unique and beautiful.
I try to remind myself that my differences (height, weight, life story) are what make me the fabulous, remarkable and beautiful person that I am. Some days, I actually believe it and don’t spend my time comparing myself to others, other days, it’s more difficult.
Today, I will embrace my uniqueness, I challenge you to do the same!
