Today’s theme is “wings”.
A common sight in my area is that of the Turkey vulture, or buzzard as some folks call them. So, while I was out and about running errands today, I tried to get a shot of them with my iPhone.
According to Wikipedia, the Turkey vulture’s wing span can get up to 63-72 inches – that’s a BIG bird! They are pretty gross and scary looking up close, especially while they dine on road kill. Yuck!
